These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phgame2 ("phgame2," "the Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the phgame2 online gaming platform accessible at phgame2.app and all associated services. By registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting activity on phgame2, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. Account Registration
Every Player must register a phgame2 Account before accessing any real-money gaming or betting service on the Platform. The following rules apply to Account registration and management:
3.1 One Account Per Person
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) phgame2 Account. 3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your phgame2 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. phgame2 will not be held liable for any unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. Identity Verification (KYC)

Deposits & Payments
All deposits into your phgame2 Wallet must be made using payment methods that are registered in your own name. phgame2 currently accepts the following Philippine payment channels:
- The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day based on your account tier and payment method.
- Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your phgame2 Wallet instantly. Bank transfers may take additional time depending on banking hours and the originating institution.
- phgame2 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
- Deposited funds may only be used for wagering on the phgame2 Platform. phgame2 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit it deems suspicious or made in violation of these Terms.
- Third-party deposits — funds deposited from a payment account not registered in the Player's own name — are strictly prohibited and may result in Account termination and fund forfeiture.
Withdrawals
Players may request a withdrawal of their available Wallet balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for GCash transactions. Minimum withdrawal amounts for bank transfers may differ.
- All KYC documentation must be submitted and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
- Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where phgame2 determines an alternative method is necessary at its discretion.

Bonuses & Promotions
phgame2 may offer Bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback rewards, and other incentives to eligible Players from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all Bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:
- All Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated as "wager-free." The standard wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses is 15× the bonus amount, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
- Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the bonus validity period specified in the promotion. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.

Gameplay & Betting Rules
The following rules apply to all gaming and betting activities on the phgame2 Platform:
8.1 Game Fairness
All games on the phgame2 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical card and ball outcomes streamed in real time. Game outcomes are not influenced by phgame2 or any third party. 8.2 Bet Finality

8.4 Technical Errors and Malfunctions
In the event of a system malfunction, communication error, software error, or any other technical failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, phgame2 reserves the right to void all affected bets and return the applicable stakes to the Players' Wallets. phgame2 is not liable for any losses resulting from technical errors beyond its reasonable control.
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phgame2 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
- Opening or operating multiple phgame2 Accounts (including using another person's Account or allowing another person to use your Account).
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading identity or age information.
- Using the phgame2 Platform for any money laundering activity or in violation of the Philippines Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its implementing rules.
- Employing any software, bot, artificial intelligence, automated system, or other tool to gain an unfair advantage over other players or to exploit the Platform.
- Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes.

Upon Account closure by phgame2 for cause, phgame2 may, at its discretion, forfeit all remaining Wallet balances. Where Account closure is not due to Player misconduct or breach, phgame2 will return verified Wallet balances to the Player through an approved payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Players may also close their own Account at any time by contacting phgame2 support.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law:
- phgame2 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
- phgame2 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

- phgame2's total liability to any Player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total value of bets placed by that Player in the 12-month period preceding the claim.

Intellectual Property
All content on the phgame2 Platform — including but not limited to the phgame2 name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and all other materials — is owned by or licensed to phgame2 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
