phgame2 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

To create and maintain a phgame2 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style online gambling activities in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable PAGCOR regulations. phgame2 strictly enforces this requirement and will request documentary proof of age.
• You are a resident of, or lawfully present in, a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited under applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, officer, director, or affiliate of phgame2, nor an immediate family member of any such person, unless expressly authorized in writing by phgame2.
• You have not previously had an Account terminated by phgame2 for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not subject to any voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order covering online gambling platforms.

Every Player must register a phgame2 Account before accessing any real-money gaming or betting service on the Platform. The following rules apply to Account registration and management:

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) phgame2 Account. The opening of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. phgame2 employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, phgame2 reserves the right to immediately suspend or close all such Accounts, void all pending and historical bets, and forfeit all balances at its sole discretion.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration and update your Account details promptly if any information changes. phgame2 is not liable for any consequence arising from a Player's failure to provide accurate registration information. Providing false or misleading information — including a false date of birth — is grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your phgame2 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. phgame2 will not be held liable for any unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify phgame2 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and applicable gaming laws, phgame2 is required to verify the identity and age of all Players before processing withdrawals. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process may also be triggered at any time at phgame2's discretion.

Acceptable identification documents for KYC verification include any valid Philippine government-issued ID, including but not limited to:

• Philippine Passport
• SSS (Social Security System) ID
• UMID (Unified Multi-Purpose Identification Card)
• Driver's License issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
• PhilHealth ID
• Voter's ID issued by COMELEC
• Postal ID

phgame2 may request additional supporting documentation, including proof of payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your GCash or PayMaya account showing your registered name and number), at its sole discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time upon request may result in withdrawal suspension and, where there is reasonable cause to suspect fraud, Account termination.

All deposits into your phgame2 Wallet must be made using payment methods that are registered in your own name. phgame2 currently accepts the following Philippine payment channels:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day based on your account tier and payment method.
• Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your phgame2 Wallet instantly. Bank transfers may take additional time depending on banking hours and the originating institution.
• phgame2 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposited funds may only be used for wagering on the phgame2 Platform. phgame2 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit it deems suspicious or made in violation of these Terms.
• Third-party deposits — funds deposited from a payment account not registered in the Player's own name — are strictly prohibited and may result in Account termination and fund forfeiture.

Players may request a withdrawal of their available Wallet balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for GCash transactions. Minimum withdrawal amounts for bank transfers may differ.
• All KYC documentation must be submitted and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where phgame2 determines an alternative method is necessary at its discretion.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business hours during banking hours.
• phgame2 reserves the right to delay processing of withdrawals for security review or compliance purposes. Where a withdrawal is delayed beyond 24 hours for reasons within phgame2's control, phgame2 will notify the affected Player.
• phgame2 does not charge withdrawal fees; third-party fees from your payment provider are outside phgame2's control.
• Any applicable withholding taxes on gambling winnings as required by Philippine tax law are the sole responsibility of the Player.

phgame2 may offer Bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback rewards, and other incentives to eligible Players from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all Bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• All Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated as "wager-free." The standard wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses is 15× the bonus amount, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the bonus validity period specified in the promotion. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• phgame2 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Bonus at any time without prior notice.
• A Player may only claim each promotional offer once, unless the promotion is explicitly designated as a recurring or weekly offer.
• Bonuses are for personal use only. The use of Bonus funds for matched betting, arbitrage, or any strategy designed to exploit promotional terms is prohibited and may result in Bonus forfeiture and Account suspension.
• phgame2 reserves the right to verify any Bonus claim and withhold Bonus funds or winnings pending investigation where abuse is suspected.

The following rules apply to all gaming and betting activities on the phgame2 Platform:

8.1 Game Fairness

All games on the phgame2 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical card and ball outcomes streamed in real time. Game outcomes are not influenced by phgame2 or any third party. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) rates for slot games are provided by the respective game provider and reflect theoretical long-term averages.

8.2 Bet Finality

All bets placed and confirmed on the phgame2 Platform are final and binding. A bet cannot be amended, cancelled, or reversed after it has been accepted and confirmed by the system, unless phgame2 determines in its sole discretion that there has been a manifest technical error or odds error. phgame2's decision on such matters shall be final.

8.3 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all games and betting products on the phgame2 Platform. These limits are displayed within each game interface and may vary by game type, table, and Player account tier. phgame2 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.

8.4 Technical Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a system malfunction, communication error, software error, or any other technical failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, phgame2 reserves the right to void all affected bets and return the applicable stakes to the Players' Wallets. phgame2 is not liable for any losses resulting from technical errors beyond its reasonable control.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phgame2 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Opening or operating multiple phgame2 Accounts (including using another person's Account or allowing another person to use your Account).
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading identity or age information.
• Using the phgame2 Platform for any money laundering activity or in violation of the Philippines Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its implementing rules.
• Employing any software, bot, artificial intelligence, automated system, or other tool to gain an unfair advantage over other players or to exploit the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the phgame2 Platform. Any Player who discovers a bug must report it to phgame2 immediately; exploitation of known bugs is strictly prohibited.
• Making chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent deposit claims.
• Violating any applicable Philippine law or regulation in connection with the use of the phgame2 Platform.
• Using the phgame2 Platform in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.

All responsible gaming limit requests are processed immediately for tightening (reducing limits or enabling self-exclusion). Loosening of limits (e.g., increasing a deposit limit) is subject to a mandatory 7-day reflection period before taking effect.

phgame2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time as requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Underage gambling or misrepresentation of age.
• Discovery of duplicate Accounts.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from competent Philippine authorities.
• A Player has been identified on any mandatory exclusion list maintained by Philippine gaming regulators.

Upon Account closure by phgame2 for cause, phgame2 may, at its discretion, forfeit all remaining Wallet balances. Where Account closure is not due to Player misconduct or breach, phgame2 will return verified Wallet balances to the Player through an approved payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Players may also close their own Account at any time by contacting phgame2 support.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law:

• phgame2 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• phgame2 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• phgame2 shall not be liable for any losses arising from service interruptions, system failures, delays in processing, or third-party actions beyond phgame2's reasonable control.
• phgame2's total liability to any Player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total value of bets placed by that Player in the 12-month period preceding the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits phgame2's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any matter that cannot be excluded by Philippine law.

All content on the phgame2 Platform — including but not limited to the phgame2 name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and all other materials — is owned by or licensed to phgame2 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any phgame2 content without prior written consent from phgame2.

phgame2 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating a phgame2 Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Personal data is used to operate your Account, process transactions, verify identity, provide customer support, and comply with applicable Philippine legal obligations including AMLA requirements.
• phgame2 does not sell or trade your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their marketing purposes.
• phgame2 may share your data with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law.

phgame2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phgame2 will provide at least 7 days' notice to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the phgame2 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting support. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be referred to phgame2's customer support team for resolution. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines. phgame2 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations and any directives issued by Philippine regulatory bodies with jurisdiction over online gaming.
